DESCRIPTION:
presto wax-based underbody protection is an effective and strongly adhesive rust protection for treated and untreated surfaces. After drying, it forms a resistant protective layer that is weatherproof and resistant to road salt and acids. Does not attack plastics, paints and rubber.

TECHNICAL DATA:
- Base: solvent, wax, additives
- Color: brown-transparent, black
- Consistency: thin liquid
- Viscosity (20°C) according to Brookfield: approx. 13 Pas (spindle 5 / V10)
- Density (20°C) according to DIN 51757: 0.87 kg/ltr.
- Solids content according to DIN 53216 (3 hours at 120°C): approx. 50 %
- Drying (at 20°C, 65% relative humidity): Dust-dry: after approx. 3 hours (±400µ wet) / Through-dried: after approx. 5 hours (±400µ wet)
The drying time depends on the ambient temperature, the air humidity and the applied layer thickness.
- Chemical resistance to: Water, salt spray, oil, light acid and base
- Temperature resistance (after setting): -25°C to +80°C
- Consumption with a layer thickness ±400µ: ±0.4 ltr/m²
- Salt spray test (DIN 50021): up to 1000 hours Ri 0 with 200µ dry layer
- Shelf life/storage: 5 years if stored properly (=10°-30°C, relative humidity of max. 60%).
- Container/content: Funnel bottle for the suction air gun, maximum nominal volume 1000 m
