DESCRIPTION:
Here you will find a brand new replacement 36V 10.4AH battery from Citomerx, which is used in many pedelec models and electronic bicycles on the German market. The bottle battery is attached to the frame.

The battery only reaches its full capacity after the fourth to fifth charging process.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Procedure for charging the battery
1. make sure that the connection cables are correctly connected to each other
2. compare the output voltage of the battery with that of the charger and make sure that they match.
3. connect the charger plug to the battery and only then plug the charger into the socket!

Notes on the battery indicator
Red light: In operation, no connection to the battery
Orange light: Battery is charging
Green light: Battery is fully charged

Troubleshooting
1) Possible problem: The red light is off although the device is in operation
Solution: Check whether the input connection of the charger is plugged into the socket. If current is flowing from the output, please return the device for repair.
2) Possible problem: The red light does not light up during the charging process
Solution: Check whether the battery and charger connections are connected correctly. If this is the case and the battery still does not charge fully, then the battery is probably faulty.
3) Possible problem: The red light suddenly lights up green
Solution: Check whether the battery is fully charged. If not, the charger may be defective. Please return the charger for repair!

Attention: important safety instructions
1. if possible, use the charger indoors and never in the rain or wet!
2. when the battery is charged, first remove the plug from the socket. Then you can remove the battery from the charger.
3. do not use the device near explosive gases or sparks. When charging, it is best to keep the charger in a well-ventilated room.
4. use the device only for 24V lithium batteries.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR END USERS:
Batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. End users are legally obliged to return used batteries. In connection with the sale of vehicle batteries to end users, we are obliged under § 10 BattG to charge a deposit of EUR 7.50 including VAT per vehicle battery if the end user does not return an old vehicle battery at the time of purchase of a new vehicle battery. When selling to end users, the battery deposit is included in the purchase price; a deposit stamp is not issued. If the end user returns an old vehicle battery to us that we carry or have carried as a new battery in our range, we are obliged to take it back free of charge and refund the deposit amount in accordance with statutory regulations.
