The cylinder kit can be installed with a clear conscience as a replacement cylinder for the original and comes with a top price/performance ratio - of course with StVZO approval.
We pre-assemble the piston rings to save you time and effort. It is also recommended to change the needle bearing, which you can of course also find in our shop.

Ware ok, Passform schlecht
Die Ringe waren noch nicht montiert, nicht schlimm, aber sollte in der Beschreibung geändert werden.
Bolzendurchmesser entsprach auch nicht der Beschreibung.
Auspuffflansch passt nicht vom Winkel und nicht zum Krümmer. Hier sind aufwändige Nacharbeiten erforderlich. Die Dichtung muss angepasst werden und die Auspuffhalterung muss geändert werden. Und dann muss der Spritzschutz angepasst werden.

Der Zylinder und der Kolben lassen sich einfach montieren. Der einzigste Nachteil ist die An-
bringung des Auspuffflansches am Zylinder. Gegenüber dem Original ist der Flansch in einem anderen Winkel am Zylinder angebracht. Bei der Auspuffmontage führt dieser andere Winkel zu Problemen. Der Aupuff liegt an den Plastikabdeckungen des Motors an und durch die Hitze- entwicklung am Auspuff befürchte ich dass es zu Verformungen/ Schäden an den Plastikab-deckungen kommt.
