Battery charged, but nothing happens?

DESCRIPTION:
Mostly it's just the starter relay not getting current to the starter.
The starter relay switches the required high current from the battery to the starter motor during the starting process. When you press the start button, you press the solenoid switch in the relay and thus the current is supplied to the starter.
However, it is possible that water which has penetrated the solenoid switch will settle in the solenoid switch and thus corrode it from the inside. The result is a defect in the switching mechanism, which can no longer connect the battery plus to the starter motor.
