On most variomatic gearboxes the speed is restricted by a sleeve (usually for approval reasons). However, this restriction can be easily eliminated with a different sleeve.
Here we offer you a Naraku tuning variator sleeve with various spacers for tuning.
Technical data:
- Naraku variator sleeve for 50cc scooters and quads with stationary Kymco or SYM engine
- Dimensions: 20x36mm
- 15 spacers for tuning between acceleration and top speed
- Long service life thanks to hardened and ground surface
To fit:
Simply replace the variator sleeve with the old one and insert the appropriate spacers depending on the riding profile. The fewer washers, the higher the top speed.
Scope of delivery:
- 1x variator sleeve
- 5x 0.1mm spacer washers
- 5x 0.2mm spacer washers
- 5x 0.5mm spacer washers
