DESCRIPTION:
Whether it's the throttle cable, brake cable, clutch cable or gearshift cable, when a cable breaks, it usually happens right at the nipple.
However, it is not necessary to replace the entire cable system. A new screw nipple is a quick remedy and the existing Bowden cable can be repaired in a simple and environmentally friendly way. Especially for oldtimers (such as Kreidler, Hercules, DKW and Zündapp), where the original Bowden cables are usually no longer available, a new screw nipple is often a simple and cost-saving solution - especially as the repair is also uncomplicated.
For mopeds and motorbikes, but also for scooters and bicycles, there are many different screw nipples - so it is sometimes difficult to keep track of them all. To help you find the right nipple, we have a tip for you:
