Hercules is probably a well-known name to every owner of a classic car two-wheeler. The company was founded in 1886 by Carl Marschütz and manufactured bicycles until 1928. It was not until 1928 that the production of light motorcycles under 200 cccm³ was worthwhile again. Since that time, the Hercules factories have been using foreign motors from Fichtel & Sachs.

The drive train transfers the torque from the engine to the rear wheel of your moped. This set contains all the parts needed to replace the complete drive train. The supplied 11 sprocket is attached to the engine and connected via the chain (already cut to fit) to the sprocket, which is attached to the rear wheel with four screws and a locking plate. The supplied chain tensioners provide the appropriate tightening of the chain.

Please note that changing the gear ratio can lead to the expiration of the operating license of your vehicle.
