DESCRIPTION:
Hercules is probably a well-known name to every classic car two-wheeler owner. The company was founded in 1886 by Carl Marschütz and produced bicycles until 1928. It was not until 1928 that the production of light motorbikes under 200 cc was worthwhile again. Since then, the Hercules factories have used third-party motors from Fichtel & Sachs.
This pinion is suitable for the Sachs 504 and 505 engines and is responsible for transmitting the torque from the engine to the rear wheel. If smaller or larger pinions are used, the torque or speed can be increased.
Please note that changing the transmission ratio may invalidate the type approval of your vehicle and may require milling work on the engine.
