Hercules is probably one of the most famous bicycle and motorcycle brands in Germany. Founded by Carl Marschütz in 1886, the company is an integral part of the Nuremberg motorcycle industry. Through close cooperation with Fichtel & Sachs, the F & S engines were installed in Hercules light motorcycles up to 200 cc from 1928.

This set for your Hercules Prima 3 5, Optima, Jogging, Hobby Rider HR with the Sachs 505/2 engine contains all the spare parts needed to inspect the engine. With the fuel filter and fuel hose you can renew the fuel lines from the tank to the carburetor. The carburetor, in turn, can be completely renewed with the included repair kit. A new air filter insert is also included. Furthermore, a matching spark plug and a new spark plug cap is included in this set. The inspection is completed with the refilling of the transmission oil. Last but not least, the engine can be cleaned from the outside with the brake cleaner.
