The Nuremberg Hercules factories were an essential part of the Nuremberg motorcycle industry. However, motorcycle production did not begin until 1928, 42 years after Carl Marschütz founded the company. Also through the cooperation with Fichtel & Sachs as engine supplier, Hercules established itself in the market segment of light motorcycles up to 200 cm³ and bicycles with auxiliary engine.
The cylinder is probably one of the most important components on your Hercules Prima, M, Optima or MX. With this tuning cylinder kit from Airsal, you can increase the performance of your Hercules! The kit includes a cylinder, a piston set, a gasket set, a cylinder head, an intake manifold, six fixing screws and a decompression port plug. With this kit you can increase the displacement to 63 cc. The bore is 43.5 mm. The gasket kit is made of high quality gasket material and has been precisely matched to the parts in the kit. The piston pin diameter is 12mm.
