Die perfekten Ersatzteile für Ihre Hercules finden Sie hier!

1886/87 gründete Carl Marschütz zusammen mit seinem Bruder die "Nürnberger Velozipedfabrik Hercules". Die Produktion war zunächst auf Fahrräder ausgelegt. Ab 1928 lohnte sich die Produktion von Motorrädern wieder und Hercules produzierte leichte Motorräder bis 200 cm³. Als 1930 bei Fichtel & Sachs in Schweinfurt die Fertigung von Motoren begann, wurden diese sofort bei Hercules verwendet.

Die Getriebewelle verbindet die Tretwelle Ihres Sachs 505/1 Automatik Motors mit dem Vorlegerad. Durch die Betätigung der Tretwelle wird die Drehbewegung über die Getriebewelle und das Vorlegerad auf die Kurbelwelle übertragen. Diese beschleunigt den Kolben auf die zum Motorstart benötigte Drehzahl.
