Tuning, Sport Krümmer mit 32 mm Durchmesser, d.h. 4 mm größer als Standard Krümmer, mit gebördeltem Anschluss (bördeln = umbiegen des Randes von Blechen um eine Versteifung der umgebogenen Kante zu erreichen und somit eine festere Verbindung zu schaffen) damit ist das Abreissen des Krümmeranschlusses kaum mehr möglich
Hauptaufgabe ist es die Abgase möglichst schnell abzuleiten und ein zurückströmen in den Zylinder zu vermeiden. Bei Zweitaktmotoren ist er ein besonders wichtiges Bauteil, da er dazu beiträgt, dass sich im Abgassystem Druckschwingungen aufbauen, die zu einem sogenanten Nachladeeffekt führen mit dem der Zylinder besser befüllt wird und eine optimale Zylinderfüllung entstehen kann.
In Verbindung mit anderen Tuning Teilen ist eine Leistungssteigerung von bis zu 15 % möglich
Hinweis: Um eine lange Lebensdauer zu gewährleisten ist eine mehrmals im Jahr durchzuführende Chrompflege mit geeigneten Mitteln unumgänglich.
Achtung: Vor der Benutzung im Geltungsbereich der StVZO ist eine Änderungsabnahme nötig!
