Fichtel & Sachs is a company that was founded in Schweinfurt in 1895 and produced wheel hubs and ball bearings in the early years. After the first third of the 20th century, the focus was placed on the production of shock absorbers, clutches and vehicle engines. With the production of engines for two-wheelers, F&S achieved a true success story. Production continued until the 1990s. Many two-wheeler manufacturers installed Sachs engines in their models during this time.
This set includes an oil filler plug and a matching rubber sealing ring. This screw plug closes the opening for filling oil and adjusting the clutch, in the clutch cover. The rubber sealing ring is an additional security, so that no oil can leak.
