Die Velozipedfabrik Carl Marschütz & Co. ist heutzutage wohl besser bekannt als Nürnberger Hercules Werke. Im Jahr 1886 gründeten die Marschütz Brüder das Unternehmen und produzierten bis 1928 hauptsächlich Fahrräder. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt lohnte sich die Fertigung von kleinen Motorrädern, aufgrund von Führerschein- und Steuerfreiheit, wieder. Die Hercules Werke verwendeten seit 1930 Motoren von Fichtel & Sachs.
Der Verschleiß einer Kette hängt start von den äußeren Bedingungen ab. Deshalb ist es sinnvoll, die Kette lieber zu früh als zu spät zu wechseln, um Folgeschäden zu vermeiden. Die hier angebotene Kette ist passend für Hercules Mofas und Mopeds.
