DESCRIPTION:
Hercules is probably one of the most famous bicycle and motorbike brands in Germany. The company, founded by Carl Marschütz in 1886, is an essential part of the Nuremberg motorbike industry. Thanks to the close cooperation with Fichtel & Sachs, F & S engines were built into Hercules' light motorbikes up to 200 cm³ from 1928 onwards.
With this cylinder head you close the cylinder and thus the combustion chamber at the top. The cylinder cover is suitable for fan-cooled Hercules engines with a displacement of 50 ccm and a cylinder bore of 38 mm. Furthermore the cylinder head is an important part of the cooling of the cylinder. The cooling fins allow more air to flow to the head, resulting in a higher cooling capacity.
