1917 gründete Fritz Ludwig Neumeyer die Zünder-Apparatebau-Gesellschaft m. b. H., welche zu den großen deutschen Motorradherstellern gehörte. In der Zeit von 1921 bis 1984 wurden bis 1958 in Nürnberg und später in München praktikable Gebrauchsmotorräder gebaut. Die Firma ist heutzutage besser bekannt unter dem Namen Zündapp-Werke GmbH.

Dieser Befestigungssatz ist passend für die Universal Sitzbank von Zündapp. Er ist 3-teilig und besteht aus einer Befestigung für den vorderen Teil und zwei für den hinteren Teil.
