Die Nürnberger Hercules Werke waren ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der Nürnberger Motorradindustrie. Die Motorradproduktion begann aber erst im Jahre 1928, also 42 Jahre nach Gründung des Unternehmens durch Carl Marschütz. Auch durch die Zusammenarbeit mit Fichtel & Sachs als Motorenlieferant, etablierte sich Hercules im Marktsegment der leichten Motorräder bis 200 cm³ und Fahrräder mit Hilfsmotor.
Diese Hauptständerfeder ist 15 cm lang und hält den Ständer während der Fahrt oben. Sie wird im Rahmen und im Ständer eingehakt. Passend ist diese Feder für verschiedenen Hercules Zweiräder.
