The Hercules factories were founded in 1886 and have been producing light motorbikes since 1928. In the 1930s, the company was one of the largest manufacturers in the Nuremberg two-wheeler industry. Fichtel & Sachs engines were used in the Hercules chassis.
Over time, a petrol tap becomes dirty and less and less fuel passes through to the carburettor. To prevent this, it is worthwhile to install a new fuel tap.
