Die Zündapp-Werke GmbH ist 1917 gegründet worden und stellt seit 1921 Motorräder her. Bis 1984 gehörte die Firma zu den größten deutschen Motorradherstellern mit bis zu 1800 Mitarbeitern und war Teil der Nürnberger Motorradindustrie. Später wurde Zündapp komplett nach China verkauft.

Diese Einfassung für die Rücklichtgläser Ihrer Zündapp Falconette bzw. Combinette wird mit Hilfe von zwei Schrauben am Fahrzeug befestigt. Die Form des Halters ähnelt der einer Sanduhr, deshalb wird der Halter auch Sanduhrhalter genannt.
