Rust converter and primer in one operation

DESCRIPTION:
This rust removal system based on epoxy resin forms a metallic-organic iron complex with the neutralized rust layer. This black, very compact protective layer serves as a primer and is the basis for the subsequent, permanent painting. Excellently suitable for the renovation of vehicles, machines and plants of all kinds.

QUALITY AND PROPERTIES:

- Rust is converted into water-insoluble, black, organic iron complexes. This iron complex compound is stabilized by a special epoxy resin, whereby the iron is protected from external influences.

TECHNICAL DATA:
- Base: Epoxy resin
- Color: amber
- Odour: after solvent
- Yield: Depending on the condition and color of the substrate, 400 ml is sufficient for approx. 1.6 m².
- Drying (at 20°C, 50% relative humidity): Dust dry: after approx. 1 hour / recoatable: After 6 hours air drying at the earliest (fingernail dry!)
- The drying time depends on the ambient temperature, air humidity and the applied quantity.
