DESCRIPTION:
The Presto adhesive steel is a 2-component repair and bonding system for different materials such as iron or non-ferrous metals.

The Presto adhesive steel is a solvent-free, 2-component repair and adhesive system. The product fills, bonds and seals different materials, such as iron and non-ferrous metals. Versatile application possibilities in the private sector, in industrial and commercial metal processing, in car and motorcycle workshops and locksmiths.

TECHNICAL DATA:
- Very good formability
- Resistant to oils, petrol, alkalis, solvents
- density of the A-component at 20°C: 3.5 kg/dm³
- Density of the B component at 20°C: 2.35 kg/dm³;
- flash point: 140°C
- Content: 125 g

As filler:
- Can be processed like putty
- for metals, castings, wood, eternit, ceramic, concrete
If possible, widen cracks to 2/3 of the wall thickness in a v-shape and fill with adhesive steel. Drill out wrong holes or torn threads to twice the original diameter and fill with adhesive steel.

As adhesive:
- suitable for dissimilar and identical materials
- for steel, aluminum, lead, wood, iron, eternit
Adhesive steel bonds identical and dissimilar materials firmly and permanently together, even those that cannot be welded or joined together in any other way, or only with difficulty.

As a sealant:
Damaged pipelines or drainpipes, in combination with suitable fabric materials for spanning the damage. Simply spread Presto adhesive steel on the fabric and use it as a bandage. Cured layers from 5 mm can be treated like metal: Drilling, milling, filing, turning or thread cutting.
