Presto Primer - Rust and corrosion protection

DESCRIPTION:
Presto Primer corrosion protection stops corrosion and, due to its good filling properties, gives the ideal base for subsequent topcoating with all known painting systems. Available in the colors gray and red-brown.

Can be used as an adhesion primer in car painting, but also in the hobby sector for coating and preserving pipes, machines, radiators, etc.

QUALITY AND PROPERTIES:
- Permanent anticorrosive effect.
- Prevents rust and blister formation (climatic test according to DIN 50017 = 45°C at 100% humidity)
- Excellent adhesion to metal
- Can be painted over

- Base: acrylic with high content of zinc phosphate and organic rust passivating agents.
- Color: red-brown
- Odor: of solvent

- Temperature resistance: up to 80°C
- Specific gravity at 20°C: approx. 1.28 g/ml
- Flash point: above 21°C
- Delivery consistency: approx. 120 sec. in DIN cup 4 mm

- Coverage: 200 ml is sufficient for approx. 2 - 2.5 m² / 750 ml is sufficient for approx. 7 - 9 m²
- Drying (at 20°C, 50 % relative humidity): Touch fast: approx. 60 minutes at 20°C / Can be oversprayed: after approx. 3 hours / Can be recoated: after approx. 5 hours
- Shelf life/storage: 12 months if stored properly (=10°-25°C, relative humidity of max. 60%)
