High quality lightweight filler from Presto

DESCRIPTION:
presto Light Filler has a density value of less than 1 kg / dm³ due to the use of new types of fillers. This means that lightweight putty weighs almost half as much as conventional putties, which is why objects that cannot be loaded with high weights can also be worked on.

Typical areas of application:
- Car bodies, also made of plastic - overfilling of welded seams and folds, - in boat building, repair of boats and surfboards, - in model making or - repair of powder coating layers.
We recommend our presto sanding papers for the preparation and finishing of the filler work. We have a wide range of fine to coarse dry and wet sanding papers available for you.

QUALITY AND PROPERTIES:
- Consists of highly reactive, unsaturated polyester resin with a combination of mineral and synthetic fillers.
- Special elasticity allows the use in repair areas, which are e.g. exposed to strong tensions and vibrations, even at low temperatures.
- The content of 420 g corresponds to a volume of 500 ml
- Results in a very smooth surface
- Easy processing
- Easy to grind
- Very good adhesion
- Asbestos and silicone free
- Short curing time, therefore quick further work is possible.
- Resistant to weak acids, weak alkalis; blowing agents, solvents, water and de-icing salts

- Processing temperature: from 12°C
- Drying (at 20°C, 50% relative humidity): Sandable after: approx. 30-40 minutes
