DESCRIPTION:
Professional putty - now in new, styrene-reduced quality.

For filling of holes and unevenness, overfilling of pre-treated surfaces when repairing body parts and other metal surfaces, repair and restoration of wooden or concrete surfaces. Also suitable for stove enamelling. prestolith pro Multispachtel is a 2-component polyester filling and drawing filler, as a mixture of a medium elastic, highly reactive, amine pre-accelerated polyester resin with various mineral, environmentally friendly fillers.

Fields of application:

- Automotive industry, mechanical engineering.
Applicable on metal, wood, concrete, GFK, galvanized and hot-dip galvanized substrates, aluminium. Also applicable on plastics.

We recommend our presto sandpapers for the preparation and finishing of the filler work. We have a wide range of fine to coarse dry and wet sanding papers available for you.

- Base: Polyester resin with mineral fillers
- Color: ocher
- Smell: of styrene
- Form: soft, thixotropic
- Pot life/processing time at 20°C: approx. 4 - 5 min.
- Drying (at 20°C, 50% relative humidity): Sandable after: approx. 20 minutes
- Flash point: approx. 33°C (putty); not applicable for hardener
- Density at 20°C: putty 1.8 g/cm³ / hardener 1.15 g/cm³
- Addition of hardener: 2 - 3 % (optimum mixture 2.5 %)
- Temperature resistance of the cured material: 120°C
