DESCRIPTION:
presto Cavity Sealer on wax basis for application from the aerosol can, protects especially rust susceptible cavities on the car body, such as doors, side panels, trunk lids, engine hoods etc. effectively against rust build-up. Regular treatment can prevent rust damage at an early stage. A thin layer is sufficient to protect metals. The aromatic-free sealant has an excellent water-displacing and penetrating effect. After application, a slightly sticky film is obtained with self-producing properties, also applicable as engine compartment protection. If the applied layer warms up from the sun or engine heat, the typical smell of conventional waxes does not develop.

TECHNICAL DATA:
- Basis: waxes, additives, aromatic-free solvents
- Color: transparent
- Shelf life / Storage: 10 years with proper storage (=10° - 25°C, relative humidity of max. 60%)
- Drying times: Dust dry after approx. 105 minutes, thoroughly dry after approx. 5 h. The drying time depends on the ambient temperature, air humidity and the applied layer thickness.
- Salt spray test (DIN 50021): >1000 hours, Ri 0 at 100µ dry layer thickness
- Temperature resistance (after setting): -25°C to +180°C
