Whether you were not satisfied with your order or would like an exchange, we are happy to help. ZS2Radteile guarantees you a 100-day return period, during which you can return your items without giving a reason - but we still welcome constructive criticism.

You can use the returns portal for returns from the following sales platforms:

RETURNING ITEMS TO US IS SO EASY

Via the returns portal, you will receive a QR code or a PDF file with the return label to print out by email for your return.

Simply pack the items you want to return in a parcel.

Please seal the parcel properly and attach the printed return label so that it is clearly visible on the outside

Send the items back. As soon as we have received your return, you will be notified by e-mail.

CREATE YOUR RETURN

- Enter the invoice number (this always starts with ZWT...) ? ?
- Enter the postal code of the billing address (usually the postal code of your address)
- Enter your e-mail address (This only applies to you if the e-mail address you entered when ordering differs from your regularly used e-mail address).
