The V-belt is one of the key components in a variator. It enables the continuously variable transmission and transfers power to the rear wheel. The only problem is that, along with the centrifugal clutch, the V-belt is one of the few wear parts in an otherwise virtually maintenance-free variator, and therefore needs to be replaced regularly. We are offering a new Naraku V-belt designed for 250-300cc scooters, quads, or buggies.
