The cylinder set fits Yamaha Aerox, Aprilia SR50, MBK Nitro and many more. The cylinder kit can be used as a replacement cylinder for the original with a clear conscience and comes at a top price/performance ratio - and of course with StVZO approval.

The cylinder kit comes with an aluminium cylinder head and an NGK BR8HS spark plug.

We pre-assemble the piston rings to save you time and effort. It is also recommended to change the needle bearing, which you can also find in our shop.

TIPS:
Experienced screwdrivers recommend to replace the cooling water when changing the cylinder, as it loses its quality after approx. two years and may flocculate, thus clogging seals or fins.

Make sure, however, that you use the correct coolant. The rule of thumb is: Never mix silicate containing with silicate free agents. However, it is often impossible to trace which agent was used and a complete change is almost impossible because components have deposited in the lines. Therefore play it safe with a universally applicable agent of the newest generation, which can be mixed with all means, e.g. Agip Antifreeze 12++.

NOTES:
* 47-49cc cylinders are colloquially called 50cc cylinders. The exact cubic capacity of a cylinder always results from the piston diameter and the stroke of the crankshaft.

Attention! If you own an Aprilia SR 50 scooter, please check the chassis number in advance, as this model has four different engine versions. If in doubt, our customer service will be happy to send you a short mail.
