Parcel delivery times

National: approx. 1 - 2 days International: approx. 1-4 days

National shipping costs

When you select Standard shipping, our system automatically selects the fastest shipping service provider for you at the time of ordering. Delivery can be made by DHL, Hermes, UPS, Deutsche Post or DPD.

We deliver free of charge to end customers from an order value of € 80.
Retailers receive free delivery from an order value of € 250.*

If several items are ordered together, you only pay the highest shipping costs once.

How is the fastest shipping method for my order determined?
We constantly receive up-to-date data from our shipping service providers on pick-up times, capacity utilization or delivery problems. Based on this data, we are able to automatically select the most suitable delivery method and shipping service provider for your order.

International shipping costs

Note for Switzerland via MeinEinkauf.ch:
If you order as a Swiss customer via MeinEinkauf.ch, only the shipping costs for national shipping within Germany apply. To do this, you must be registered as a customer with the MeinEinkauf.ch portal.

Note for NON-EU countries:
Any customs duties incurred are to be borne by the buyer. Please note that there may be delays in delivery due to customs clearance.

Order securely

The ‘Secure Order’ option allows you to return goods without giving a reason within 100 days from the date of purchase, while the standard return period is only 14 days.

The ‘Order securely’ option is available with the following payment methods:

Deliveries on Sundays and public holidays
Please note that no deliveries are made at weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or on public holidays.

Bulky goods and handling surcharges for certain items
Some of our items require more complex handling of shipping and packaging due to their dimensions, weight or nature, which is why additional bulky goods and handling surcharges are charged.

In the event of a return, bulky goods and handling surcharges cannot be refunded.
