PAYMENT INFORMATION

In the ZS2Radteile online store, you can pay for your order easily, securely and quickly. We offer you a wide range of different payment methods, from PayPal Plus to purchase on account and prepayment.

Payment overview

PayPal
With PayPal, we offer you an international online payment service that allows you to pay securely and quickly. After selecting the PayPal payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you can make the payment quickly and easily as a registered customer using your user data. If you are not yet registered with PayPal, you can open a PayPal account directly during the ordering process and confirm the payment. Your purchases are protected by PayPal Buyer Protection for up to 180 days.

PayPal Express
As an alternative to PayPal, you can also make your purchase in the ZS2Radteile online store quickly and directly via PayPal Express. To do this, click on the "Direct to PayPal" button in the shopping cart and you will be forwarded directly to the PayPal page. After entering your PayPal user data, the data stored there will be used for your order so that no further information is required in the online store. Please note that if you select this payment method, you will be ordering as a guest and your order will not be visible in your customer account if you are registered with us.

Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna, we can offer you one of the most popular payment methods. You can choose between the Klarna services Pay later, Slice it and Pay Now.

The Pay Later service is the classic Klarna invoice purchase. Here you receive the goods and can then pay the invoice amount directly to Klarna within 30 days. You can also extend the payment term via Klarna services if this is of interest to you. Klarna invoice purchase is available for orders within Germany and Austria.

With the Slice it service, Klarna gives you the option of paying for your goods in installments. You can buy today and divide the payment into fixed installments for up to 36 months. This allows you to set the pace and flexibly adjust the costs to your requirements.

With the Pay Now service, you have the option of paying for one-off transactions quickly and easily by bank transfer or direct debit.

As part of the checkout, Klarna carries out a credit check when you select a Klarna payment method. This may mean that in certain cases the Klarna payment methods are not available for you to complete the checkout. Unfortunately, we have no control over this process and can only advise you to check your personal details again.

Sofort
Sofort allows you to pay for your online purchase quickly and easily using your online banking details. Once payment has been successfully completed, we receive a real-time confirmation of the transfer order and can process your order immediately.

Credit cards (VISA, Mastercard)
You can also place your order securely and conveniently by VISA or Mastercard via our payment provider PayPal. After entering your credit card details, you will be redirected to a page of your credit card company to confirm your identity with a code. After successful authentication, the credit card payment will be processed.

Giropay
Giropay is a joint online payment method used by German banks and savings banks. It allows you to pay simply, securely and conveniently with your current account via online banking. You can find more information here.

EPS (Austria)
EPS is a popular payment method in Austria. It is also an online payment system that was developed in cooperation with Austrian banks. Payments are processed securely via your own bank's secure online banking system. You can find more information here.

iDEAL (Netherlands)
iDEAL is an online payment system for our Dutch customers. If you choose this payment option, you will be forwarded directly to your online banking area from where you can make the payment. The transfer form will be filled out automatically and we will receive immediate feedback on the successful payment process.

Bancontact (Belgium)
Bancontact is an online payment system for our Belgian customers. To use it, you need a bank account with a Belgian bank and a smartphone or card reader. At the end of the order process, you will be redirected directly to your bank's payment page where you can make a transfer of the payment and we will receive immediate feedback on the successful payment process.

VOUCHERS & DISCOUNT CODES

Have you received a ZS2Radteile voucher as a gift and would like to redeem the credit directly with your online purchase? Then simply place your desired products in the shopping cart and enter your discount code in the "Voucher number" field. By clicking on the red arrow, the corresponding voucher will be added to your shopping cart and its value will be applied to your purchase. If you return goods paid for with a voucher, the credit will remain in your customer account.

Do you have a ZS2Radteile discount code (e.g. 5% online discount code) and would like to redeem it on your next purchase? Then simply place the desired products in the shopping cart and enter your discount code in the "Voucher number" field. Click on the red arrow to confirm the code you have entered. The discount will be automatically deducted from the shopping cart value.

The non-purchased discount code can only be redeemed once per customer, billing address and order. Discount codes (e.g. a newsletter bonus or a voucher with a discount code) can only be redeemed subject to the terms and conditions of the respective promotion. Such promotional conditions may be: a minimum order value of €50 or €100, limited validity to a specific article group or a specific article and/or a limited promotional period. In the case of discount promotions, the minimum order value refers to the value of the goods kept - therefore, in the event of a partial return, the discount code not purchased may expire. In the event of a full return or cancellation, the non-purchased discount code expires completely.

Discount combinations are not possible. Only one voucher code or discount code can be used per order. Discount codes can only be redeemed online in the shopping cart. Subsequent offsetting or deduction is NOT possible and will NOT be recognized.
