In search of spare parts? If so, as a driver of a Hercules machine, you've come to the right place!
Hercules is probably one of the most famous bicycle and motorcycle brands in Germany. Founded by Carl Marschütz in 1886, the company is an essential part of the Nuremberg motorcycle industry. Due to the close cooperation with Fichtel & Sachs, F & S engines were built into Hercules light motorcycles up to 200 cm³ from 1928 onwards.
A rim tape is used to cover the screw heads of the spokes as well as the spoke bore on the inside of the moped rim. Without a rim tape the tube would press against the screw heads or through the spoke holes into the rim and tear.
